Born and raised in Los Angeles, Brett has over 10 years of real estate and investment experience. Prior to joining PrimeLending in early 2021, Brett received his MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. He previously worked in real estate syndications and apartment financing with JPMorgan and City National Bank where he managed a portfolio of over $470,000,000 secured by multifamily, industrial, office and retail properties. Brett has been a part of underwriting and funding over 500 real estate loans totaling to more than $1,700,000,000.
